Lt Gen Nirbhay Sharma PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, VSM is the former Governor of Mizoram and former Governor of Arunachal Pradesh. Born in Lucknow in 1946, he is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy and was commissioned in the Indian Army in 1966.
